Agreement

By hiring Imperial Smart Trader or using this website, you agree to these terms. Project-specific scope, timeline, and fees will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Services

We provide freelance digital services such as website design and build, e-commerce setup, UI work, and ongoing support. Deliverables are limited to what is listed in the agreed brief or proposal.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, content, access, and decisions needed for delivery. Delays on your side may extend timelines.

Payments

Fees and payment schedule are set per project. Work may pause if invoices remain unpaid. Unless stated otherwise, deposits are required before production starts.

Intellectual property

After full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. We may reuse general methods, libraries, and non-client-specific patterns. We may show anonymized or credited work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

Revisions

Revision rounds included in the proposal are complimentary within the agreed scope. Extra revisions or scope changes may be billed separately.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability related to a project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not responsible for third-party tools, hosting, payment gateways, or losses from delayed feedback.
